Allison Sagraves

Allison Sagraves, a seasoned financial services executive and leader in Data, has been named one of the 2018 Top 50 Data and Analytics Professional in the US/Canada. She is also experienced in a range of functions: data and analytics, risk and regulatory management, transformation, strategy, intelligent operations, technology, finance, and marketing. Allison has a keen ability to quickly assess complex situations and develop, lead, and execute innovative and successful strategies to improve performance. She has led many functions and key initiatives and is adept at navigating new and ambiguous territory. Allison is a creative problem-solver, equally works from her left and right brain, and communicates with ease no matter the audience. She has been a featured speaker on the topics of big data, sports analytics, leadership, and transformation and change at numerous industry conferences. After studying and performing stand-up comedy, she is eager to do more reps post-COVID! Allison has an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BA cum laude in Economics & Government from Smith College.
