Evangeline Kubu
Evangeline Kubu is a highly energetic and innovative leader with over 20 years of diverse experience in higher education administration.
She currently serves as the Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Student Professional Development at Princeton University, where she focuses on career services, public relations, communications, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
Her journey at Princeton began as the Director of Career Services and has evolved to include strategic communications, industry/academic partnerships, career coaching, and curriculum design.
Evangeline excels in leveraging her decade-long relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and employers to create a supportive ecosystem for graduate students, culminating in the launch of GradFUTURES®, a professional development initiative empowering Ph.D. and masters students.
She holds a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University, a Mini-MBA certificate in Social Media Marketing from Rutgers Business School, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Rutgers University.
Previously, she held roles such as Marketing and Communications Manager at Rutgers University, Managing Partner/Consultant at CEK Consulting, Adjunct Instructor at DeVry University, and Associate Director of Placement at DeVry University.
