Fernando Segú is a highly experienced financial advisor with almost 25 years in the field. He gained most of his experience from Deloitte and has specialized in Due Diligence for Private Equity and Venture Capital houses, Valuation, and Restructuring for the most prominent banks in the market. He has advised transactions in more than 20 countries and his clients largely comprise overseas multinationals and private equity houses.

Fernando has a finance faculty position at ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) and is also a Trade & Bankruptcy Mediation Expert (Mediador Concursal), Innovation Expert (Horizon 2020 European Innovation Council), investor in Faraday Ventures, and a columnist in financial media. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Economistas de Madrid, and Instituto Censores Jurados de Cuentas de Madrid.

Fernando has studied Private Equity and Financial Structuring at IE (Instituto de Empresa), Registered in ROAC (official registry), Auditing at Member of Instituto Censores Jurados de Cuentas de Madrid, and Trade & Bankruptcy Mediation Expert (Mediador Concursal), Bankruptcy Mediator at Escuela Superior Derecho y Economía (ESDERE). He majored in Business Administration & Law (E-3) at Universidad Pontificia Comillas and completed a Management Training Program, Business Administration and Management, General at IESE Business School.

Fernando is an executive committee member at Crowe Spain - Audit & Advisory and has previously led the financial advisory divisions of Crowe Spain, Grant Thornton España, and Inverness Financial Advisory. He was also a director at Deloitte and auditor at KPMG España. Earlier in his career, Fernando served as a Second Lieutenant / Alférez SEFOCUMA in the Spanish Army.
