C. Rodriguez
C. Rodriguez is an accomplished real estate professional with a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Brown University. With a wealth of experience in both academia and the private sector, Rodriguez is currently working as an Assistant Vice President at Hudson Housing Capital LLC, where she utilizes her expertise in real estate development to help fund affordable housing projects across the United States. Additionally, she has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, where she taught courses on affordable housing and real estate development. In the past, Rodriguez has held positions at L+M Development Partners Inc., Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. Outside of work, she has been a teacher, coach, and camp counselor, and has also led trips for Overland Summers.
