Sally Denham-Vaughan is a seasoned coach, organisational consultant, international trainer, and supervisor with a comprehensive background in Clinical Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy, accumulating over 25 years of experience in the public, private, and third sectors.

She excels in fostering change, designing programs, and coaching leaders and teams. She currently specializes in cultivating relational leadership in purpose-driven organizations, drawing from her expertise in Organisational Development, Leadership, and Gestalt Approaches, as showcased in her doctorate work.

Sally is associated with the Taos Institute and serves as the chair of the EAGT GPO committee. Furthermore, she is the Co-Founder of Relational Change, focusing on Training, Consulting, Facilitating, Coaching, and Supervision.
