Who is Bryan S. Emperor?
Bryan S. Emperor is the President of Five Gold Inc., a company that specializes in "Progressive World Asian Cuisine" in America.1 He has spent over 25 years learning the nuances of Asian cuisine, immersing himself in the culture, language, history, and techniques.1
Despite being an American chef who specializes in Asian cuisine, Emperor is not a fusion chef. He has received extensive training in Asian culinary arts.2 In 2016, he participated in the Washoku World Challenge, a prestigious Japanese cooking competition, where he presented his dish "King Salmon Ishiyaki with Winter Vegetables and Miso Butter".45
