Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith is a dedicated individual with a strong educational background in human rights, international development, political science, and history.

She holds a Master's degree in Human Rights with First Class Honours from the University of York, a BA with a double major in International Development & Political Science with Distinction from Dalhousie University, and she also participated in a Study Abroad Program focusing on History and Gothic Literature at the University of Bergen.

Brittany has accumulated rich experience working with various reputable organizations. She has served as a Campaign Manager at Leadnow.ca, an International Human Rights Expert at UNDP Bangladesh, a Women's Rights Specialist at UNDP, a Junior Human Rights Officer at UNDP, engaged in Research and Policy Development at The South Africa Coalition for Transitional Justice, as well as held a position as an Advocacy Officer at the Social Justice Committee of Montreal.

Her diverse professional background showcases her expertise in human rights, women's rights, advocacy, policy development, and transitional justice. Brittany excels in roles that require a deep understanding of social justice issues and a commitment to making a positive impact on society.
