Shea Loewen Lazarow

Shea Lazarow is an accomplished legal professional with diverse experience in international development, social anthropology, and emerging growth companies. She completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Development Studies & Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University and later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.), Option in International Law from the University of Ottawa. Shea has worked as an Associate General Counsel at Humanity United and previously worked with Adler & Colvin and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, among others.

She has also served as a Global Law and Development Fellow at Tetra Tech DPK and as a Judicial Clerk at Court of Appeal for Ontario. Shea's interest in helping marginalized communities led her to work with various organizations such as the Legal Resources Centre and Engineers Without Borders Canada, where she promoted environmental leadership programs.

As an Associate Attorney, Shea has significant experience in providing counseling to start-ups and emerging growth companies in corporate formation, governance, and financing. She has also worked with investors and venture capitalists to negotiate financing deals, mergers, and acquisitions. Shea is fluent in French and English and has experience working in North America and Africa. Overall, she combines her legal experience with a passion for social justice to help clients achieve their goals while making a positive impact on the world.
