Through conversational AI Aide has short, daily conversations with patients to improve their ability to self-care. The £4.34m Longitude Prize on Dementia, funded by Alzheimer’s Society and Innovate UK, is incentivising the development of breakthrough assistive technologies for people living with dementia. 

24 international teams are developing solutions that use AI to learn about their users and adapt to help ‘fill the gaps’ as their cognitive function is progressively reduced by the disease. The solutions will help people to live independently for longer while maintaining fulfilling lives.

•	Drive day to day business including P&L responsibility, maintaining and improving our performance metrics business wide, and working with departments and teams to develop and deliver our business strategy.  Achieved 3X ARR growth in 2019 and 2X ARR growth in 2020, growing from 50 to 150 people.
•	Lead strategic operational initiatives for our corporate strategy including plans, timelines and teams.  Run Annual planning process bringing together our strategies into a cohesive business plan to communicate and deliver.   
•	Responsible for scaling our business and expanding footprint.  Led recent opening in Cape Town, SA growing to 30 people in 3 months to create capacity to scale. 
•	Enforce delivery of our roadmap, including process, accountability and handoffs to ensure risks are flagged and a plan to resolve is devised.
•	Worked on our Reseller and Channel Partner strategy and operational model including how we commercialise and run. Led reseller relationship (in Japan). Current resellers drive 15% of Total ARR.
•	Maintain all offices internationally including growth plans and capability development.

Key Accomplishments:
•	Led conversion of TAG Heuer's Connected Product business. Built out team and operating model to deliver a portfolio of modular smartwatches and accompanying applications, including entry into Asia.  Global lead coordinating workstreams across TAG Heuer, Google, Intel and AKQA to ensure successful launch across 28 countries, resulting in the highest selling smartwatch to date.  
•	Drove teams across AKQA and Nike+ to define, develop and launch Nike+ Training Club, a dual gender training experience that grew to 20M+ active members. Defined product strategy and experience for Nike+, a commerce-product.
•	Partnered with BBC to develop David Attenborough Story of Life, a digital product that lets you create your own personalized journey through the natural world.  Nominated for a BAFTA and covered in over 30 major publications including Fast Company and Wired. 
•	Worked with Roli to help develop a new connected product, Roli Blocks - letting people create their own music.

•	Collaborated with Nike and Microsoft to develop Nike+ Kinect Training, including game design, user experience, visual design, content and rewards system. Product has launched in over 36 countries globally.
•	Led cross-functional teams to deliver the strategy, concept, user experience, design and development for the Nike+ Kinect Training mobile applications across iOS and WM7.
•	Led the strategy and development of all aspects of the launch campaign.

• Re-launched Visa Signature through digital channels including display, video pre-rolls, search, mobile, customized sponsorships and a site that housed 35 different interactive experiences.
