Brian Meyer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, having worked at reputable firms such as Sun Capital Partners, Thomas Weisel Partners, Lazard Freres, Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, and Lehman Brothers.

As a former Managing Partner at Pelham Street Capital, Brian has been instrumental in sourcing and closing 68 transactions with a cumulative Enterprise Value exceeding $2.4 billion since April 2010.

His expertise spans across various deal types, including change-of-control transactions involving healthy and distressed companies, debt financings, minority equity, independent sponsors, and add-ons.

At Pelham Street Capital, Brian works closely with Family Offices and Private Equity firms on a retainer-basis, actively seeking acquisition opportunities ranging from $20 million to $2 billion in revenues across diverse industries like Industrial, Consumer, Business Services, Healthcare, and Tech-Enabled Services.

He focuses on transaction structures such as control equity, minority equity, and debt financing, with a preference for distressed companies, healthy buyouts, growth equity, independent sponsors seeking capital, and special situations.

Brian holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and completed a double major in Economics & Psychology at Dartmouth College.
