Tosh Dhanalal

Tosh Dhanalal is a highly experienced Managing Director at Lincoln International with over 20 years of investment banking experience in the DTC, e-commerce, and Multichannel Brands and Retail sector.

Tosh has a diverse client portfolio including founder-led and private equity backed companies, and his expertise includes executing sellside and buyside M&A transactions, minority and debt capital raises, and equity capital markets transactions.

With a track record of advising on nearly 40 advisory assignments worth around $7.0 billion and nearly 60 equity capital raising assignments totaling over $21.3 billion, Tosh has established long-standing relationships with founder-led businesses and top-tier private equity firms.

Prior to his role at Lincoln International, Tosh spent 18 years at Piper Sandler, including 8 years as a Managing Director. He also has previous experience as a VP of Strategic Development at SaveDaily, a founding member of a fintech company, and as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.

Tosh completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics at Macalester College and obtained his MBA with honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds Series 7 and 63 certifications.
