Dmitry Vlasov is a private equity investment professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has worked with Russia's largest bank at its private equity arm and a British private equity firm which managed a top-performing mid-market generalist fund of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Russia. Prior to that, he spent ten years consulting in industry, banking, and leading a turnaround. He also pays his knowledge forward and is a visiting lecturer on topics such as private equity and venture capital at Moscow State University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Vlasov holds a BA from the Finance Academy under the Government of Russian Federation, a BEng (Hons) from Don State Technical University, an EVCA Institute degree, and earned his Full-Time MBA from Cranfield University - Cranfield School of Management.

During his career, Vlasov has specialized in private equity and venture capital, growth equity, distressed private equity, and more. He has experience in deal origination, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and closing, working closely with portfolio companies, board membership, and exiting from investments. He also possesses corporate governance and strategy development skills, top management selection proficiency, and experience in interaction with LPs and fundraising.
