Prior to his role at Radici Kitchen & Bar, Brian Bowden operated his own venture, Bowden Hospitality, as a Personal Chef and Owner. This experience allowed him to curate personalized culinary experiences, demonstrating his versatility and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Brian has also delved into the realm of restaurant consulting and interim executive chef duties at renowned establishments like 15 Church. His contributions in these advisory roles highlight his ability to drive innovation and elevate the dining experience for patrons.
