Brian Bowden
We are pleased to announce our catering business Bowden Hospitality.
Brian Bowden is an experienced chef and restaurateur with over 30 years of culinary experience in the Capital Region and abroad.13 He is currently the Executive Chef and Proprietor of Radici Kitchen & Bar in Glens Falls, New York, a position he has held since November 2019.14
Bowden's culinary style blends artistry with fresh seafood and local farm ingredients to create innovative cuisine rooted in classic Italian traditions.3 He consistently earns top accolades from local restaurant reviewers, food bloggers, and restaurant patrons.13
In addition to his role at Radici Kitchen & Bar, Bowden runs a catering business called Bowden Hospitality, which he started in January 2016.1 Throughout his career, he has held executive chef positions at several notable restaurants in the Capital Region, including:
- Sperry's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs (2016)2
- Mingle on the Avenue in Saratoga Springs (2014-2015)1
- Javier's in Saratoga Springs (2013-2014)1
- Creo Restaurant in Albany (2011-2012)1
Bowden and his partner Carly Mankouski chose to open Radici Kitchen & Bar in Glens Falls due to the city's supportive community, potential for growth, and the opportunity to be part of a thriving local business scene.4
