Rick West is a highly experienced staffing professional, currently serving as the Managing Director of National Accounts at Open Systems Technologies. With over 30 years in the industry, West has established himself as a smart staffing solutions provider with a proven track record of success. His expertise lies in technology, finance and operations, government services, and project management.

West's career began after studying marketing and completing a study abroad program at The Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy. He then joined MacArthur Associates as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager. Following his time there, West moved onto Open Systems Technologies in 1990, where he has been ever since.

As a committed and experienced recruiter, West has established connections across the United States and leverages his knowledge and expertise to match his clients, consultants, and candidates for long-term fulfillment. His dedication has led OST to become a National Preferred Vendor for numerous firms, such as TIAA, Citigroup, and Fannie Mae.

Currently based out of the Charlotte regional office, West's responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing delivery operations for national accounts, and locating domain-specific technology candidates.
