Bo Machayo

Bo Machayo is a regional director for Senator Mark Warner and an accomplished public policy professional. With extensive experience in local and federal government, as well as public engagement and development, Machayo is a leader in community advocacy and public service. Machayo holds degrees in education and government from Georgetown University and a Master's in Public Administration from George Mason University. He has also studied in various institutions, including the University of Virginia and Ms Training Center for Development Cooperation.

Machayo has held a wide range of positions in government and public service agencies, such as Chief of Staff for the Board of Supervisors Chair At-Large of Loudoun County Government and Strategic Advisor for External Engagement to the President of the US African Development Foundation. Machayo was also a former Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the US Department of Homeland Security, Legislative Correspondent at the United States Senate, and a Foreign Policy Fellow at The Wilson Center. As the Director of Federal Government and Public Affairs at Micron Technology, Machayo brings his extensive experience and passion for policy to the private sector.
