Marcos R. Lopez

Marcos R. Lopez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exude, Inc., a consulting firm he co-founded in September 1996. Under his leadership, Exude has evolved from its original name, Group Benefits On-line, to encompass various divisions including Employee Benefits, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Total Well-Being, thereby expanding its service offerings to clients.123

With over 25 years of experience in benefit consulting for mid-market organizations, Lopez has focused on providing customized solutions that enhance employee engagement and well-being. His firm is recognized for its commitment to improving workplace culture and employee experiences through innovative programs.14 Exude has received numerous accolades, including being named a Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal and recognized for excellence in customer service by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.24

Lopez holds certifications as a Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He is also actively involved in community initiatives, serving on various boards such as the Philadelphia Chapter of The Awesome Foundation and Leadership Philadelphia.13 He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a degree in Spanish Literature and a minor in Business.3
