Benjamin Kellie

Benjamin Kellie is the Founder and CEO of The Launch Company, a company dedicated to resolving the 'go to market' challenges of the New Space race through standardizing launch hardware and operations. With a background as a Launch and Test Engineer at SpaceX, he played a pivotal role in the development and operation of SpaceX landing platforms. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, focusing on micro/nano fluid mechanics with applications in graphene synthesis. His research culminated in notable publications, including a thesis on graphene deposition. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he investigated the arctic viability of an axial flux wind turbine and participated in projects like CubeSat microgravity satellites and the Student Rocket Project.
