Prepare and distribute promotional materials  and then initiate contact;

*Coordinate the drafting and filing of an average of 10 new patent applications per year;
Coordinated patent prosecution (an average of 10 extensions to decide per year, an average of 5  Office Action responses to coordinate per month, abandonment, expiration, maintenance);

*Negotiate inter-instutional agreement with joint-owners;

*Negotiate licensing agreements;

*Interacted with licensees to monitor progress in licensed products development 

*Advised Cedars-Sinai entrepreneurs on founding startup companies;

To transfer inventions from CNRS’ laboratories to the industry through licensing in the field of chemistry (Energy, Organic Electronics, Biosourced Chemistry, Catalysis, Environment, Coating, Biochemistry, Life Science, Crop science, Drug delivery, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostic…):

*Reviewed an average of 10 new inventions per year;

*Interacted with more than 100 CNRS main inventors;

*Managed a 130+ inventions portfolio;

*Identified potential licensees by means of more than 5 marketing campaigns per year dedicated to a  single technology or a portfolio;
Prepared and distributed promotional materials in English and then initiated contact;
Launched 3 Licensing programs in Organic Photovoltaics, Fuel Cells and Metal Organic Frameworks;

*Coordinated the drafting and filing of an average of 10 new patent applications per year;
Coordinated patent prosecution (an average of 10 extensions to decide per year, an average of 5  Office Action responses to coordinate per month, abandonment, expiration, maintenance);

*Negotiated royalty sharing / joint-ownership / assignment of rights agreements with joint-owners - 51 agreements initiated - 45% signed;

*Negotiated licensing agreements - 37 agreements initiated - 30% executed to generate 1.5M € in minimum royalty payments and miscellaneous payments;

*Interacted with licensees to monitor progress in licensed products development 

*Advised CNRS entrepreneurs on founding startup companies;

*Prepared patent mappings on Organic Photovoltaics and two French listed companies.
