Bassam El Khoury is an accomplished thinker and a well-rounded business leader with an impressive educational background. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Harvard Business School, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a BE in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut, and studied research in robotics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Khoury has vast experience in the business world, having held several high-ranking positions. He is currently the Managing Director at EXP Consulting FZE, a position he took after serving as the Head of Innovation at TECOM Group Dubai. Before that, he was the Founder of Wasiri.com, as well as the Co-founder and Managing Director of Rocket Internet. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked as a Junior Engagement Manager before being promoted to Business Analyst.

He has delivered numerous keynote speeches at international conferences, and he is well-known for his contributions to the startup ecosystem across the MENA region.
