Barrett Larson's educational background includes an M.D. in Medicine and Internship and Residency in Anesthesiology from Stanford University School of Medicine. Additionally, he pursued an Ignite Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and earned a B.S. with Honors in Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Throughout his career, Barrett Larson has held various key roles in prestigious organizations. He presently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Education at Smith & Nephew. Previously, he contributed as a Clinical Assistant Professor, Founder, and Director of the Stanford Anesthesia Innovation Lab (SAIL), Clinical Instructor, and Anesthesiology Resident at Stanford University School of Medicine. Moreover, he has been involved in leadership positions, having been the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Medical Officer at Leaf Healthcare.
