Cesar Mufarej began his career in Investment Banking in Brazil, specializing in M&A deals across various sectors like Logistics & Infrastructure, Industrial Goods, and Internet at Banco Votorantim.

As a co-founder of Tree Labs, a pioneering startup incubator in São Paulo, Cesar invested in and guided 6 startups in the digital consumer and enterprise sectors, actively participating in business operations, fundraising, and recruitment. He also facilitated workshops and networking events, bridging entrepreneurs and investors in the Brazilian startup ecosystem.

Transitioning to launching Fanatee, a game development company renowned for casual mobile games, Cesar Mufarej focuses on devising monetization strategies, driving business development initiatives, and increasingly emphasizes product development and management as the company expands globally.
