In addition to his extensive experience in human resources, Balaji has a background in mechanical engineering, having studied at the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He holds a degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and has served in various leadership positions at TCS, including being Head of Workforce Effectiveness.
