He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mucker Capital, a venture capital firm focused on helping entrepreneurs build innovative startups in LA and beyond. With over a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem, Will has proven his ability to identify early-stage businesses with high growth potential and provide them with the resources and support needed to succeed.

Prior to founding Mucker Capital, Will served as the CEO of Whitetruffle, an artificial intelligence-powered recruiting platform. He also co-founded HackerX, a global networking and recruiting event series connecting top tech talent with some of the world's most innovative companies. In addition, Will has held leadership positions at several other startups, including CodeEval and Textbo, both of which were acquired.
