Ben Woodthorpe

Ben Woodthorpe is a licensed insolvency practitioner and Fellow of the ACCA with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, spanning over 21 years. He specializes in various aspects of corporate simplification, including providing advice on Solvent Liquidation, M&A processes, distressed company sales, cash flow monitoring, and creditor negotiations. Ben has worked with large corporates such as Enron Credit and MG Rover companies, as well as SMEs across diverse sectors like printing, catering wholesalers, charity sector, and software developers, among others. On the creditor side, he has conducted Independent Business Reviews, ReSolve investment assessments, and Due Diligence reports. Ben has also been involved in the creation and development of internal business products and has played a key role in compliance and technical leadership.
