Stephen Dickens is a seasoned User Experience Strategist with a strong background in cognitive psychology. As a former Behavioral Therapist, he brings a unique perspective to understanding user needs and elevating digital solutions and services. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Painting from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Furthermore, he has a Master of Arts in Clinical Art Therapy from Long Island University and a Certificate of Completion in Full Stack JavaScript-based Web Development Bootcamp from CodeCraft School of Technology.

In terms of work experience, Stephen is currently a User Experience Strategist at Think Design Collaborative, where he specializes in UX/UI Design, User Research, Data Design, and Service Design. Before that, he worked as a Full Stack JavaScript-based Web Development Graduate at CodeCraft School of Technology, a Behavioral Therapist at Savio House, a Primary Therapist at Dr. Stephen & Suzanne Menkes Child Advocacy Center, an Adjunct Professor in Behavioral Health Sciences at SUNY Dutchess Community College, and a Primary Therapist at a Private Practice.
