Jennifer Siedjak
Jennifer Siedjak is a passionate researcher-turned-UXer, with a degree in Psychology from Northwestern University. She specializes in designing studies, user research, usability testing (in-person and remote), workshops, ethnography, UX design, research methodology, cognitive psychology, and data visualization. She has worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, formerly as a Senior Lead UX Researcher, UX Research Lead, and User Experience Researcher at GfK. Jennifer has also worked as a Psychology Research Study Coordinator at Rush University Medical Center and completed her Senior Thesis on Psychology Honors Program while she was studying at Northwestern University. Her professional background also includes experience as a Clinical Psychology Research Assistant, Cognitive Psychology Research Assistant, NU Listens (Peer Listening Service) Co-Director, and Survivor Advocacy Intern.
