I bring over 11 years of experience as a designer dedicated to creating user-centric products and services across diverse domains and platforms. My expertise lies in leveraging customer discovery, design thinking, and data analysis to develop innovative solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.

Previously, I spearheaded design for Nextdoor's SMB product for over 3 years, enabling local businesses to connect and engage with their neighbors. Prior to this role, I was one of the two founding designers of a no-code app building tool at Amazon Web Services, where I shaped the product vision, led comprehensive design across multiple platforms, contributed to the development of a robust design system, and played a key role in team expansion.

Today, I am focused on guiding startups through the customer discovery phase, defining their North Star, embedding human-centered design principles throughout their product development lifecycle, and establishing scalable design systems.
