Weston has an impressive educational background, having studied International Business Essentials at the University of London, BEng. at Griffith University, and at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science.

Weston has worked with several high-profile organizations, leading teams as the Global Head of Project Management Office at Creditinfo Group, and as an Associate Director for IT Operations, Release and Test Lead, and Transition Service Lead at Merck. Weston has a reputation for effective change management, assembling and managing talented teams, and delivering complex portfolios of projects.

Weston was also a Project Manager at Tesco, a Lead Business Analyst for Qantas, a Business Analyst for Leighton Contractors, and a Regional Business Analyst at Tesco. Additionally, Weston was a Mobile Engineer Professional at Nokia.

Currently, Weston is the Lead Consultant for PMO as a Service at Novartis, where he continues to demonstrate his exceptional leadership skills and expertise in digital product development.
