Olga Castaneda is an accomplished project management and business technology leader with a robust portfolio of initiatives and process improvements that have helped businesses to reduce operating costs while increasing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Castaneda is an experienced people and team leader adept at developing talent in leadership, collaboration, technology, and project management, having created a Project Management presentation titled "Project Management: Question by Question" that trains potential Project Managers. Her transferable skills have allowed her to branch out beyond technology and fully apply her expertise as President of an Employee Resource Group for two years, giving her exposure to Areas of Responsibility (AORs) in strategy development, organizational goal-setting, global team dynamics, and Executive relationship management.
