Prior to that, he worked in Mercer as an Associate Rewards and Senior Analyst, Rewards. Austin began his career as a Lead Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Contextual Analysis and Situational Assessment (CASA) Lab at Georgia Institute of Technology.
