Asish Zac Alex is a highly motivated professional with a passion for technology and customer experience. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Microsystems from the University of New South Wales. As an Associate Product Manager at Resonate Solutions, he leads the Customer Success Program with a dedication to enhancing customer experience. His previous roles at Resonate Solutions include Business Analyst and Product Analyst, where he was responsible for analyzing and improving products' performance.
