Maria Lozano is a 10-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, having held roles in market analytics, product management, sales, and business development in five different countries. She is a student of design innovation, having completed a master's degree and other courses on the subject. Maria is passionate about empowering women and is a proud local leader of programs that champion that cause. She is also actively involved in athletics, being the founder and captain of the Novartis Volleyball Club. Maria's professional experience has taught her the importance of delivering "the right treatment, to the right patient, at the right time" while providing tangible results for the company.
