Ashley Hever

Ashley Hever has an extensive professional background in graduate recruitment and leadership. With a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, he started his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2003 and has since risen through the ranks, holding several managerial positions within the company. He is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at the international rental car brand, responsible for hiring and developing top talent in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, and North America. As a board member of the Talent Marketing Board, he has also demonstrated his expertise in building strong employer brands, attracting top talent, and creating effective recruitment strategies. Ashley's leadership skills and business acumen have been honed through Enterprise's exclusive management training program, which he also contributes to as a trainer.
