Was brought onboard to transform how the company recruited for technical talent. Involved in creating the hiring strategy, developing assessment material, cleaning and utilising data to make informed decisions, onboarding 3rd party tools, Employer Branding to the external market, and line management. Left due to the impacts of Covid 19 within the travel/tech industry.

With over 20 million monthly visitors we have access to a huge amount of data and insights, which will enable us to take our product to the next level.
