With a Master's degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, a BBA in Finance from William & Mary, and education from Radulphus College, Arthur has a strong academic foundation.

His experience includes holding key positions such as Firm Owner / Business Coach at ActionCOACH, Managing Director at Curacao Development Corporation, and Risk Manager / Business Manager Ops & IT at ING Bank Curacao.
