Taavo Godtfredsen is a certified CEO coach and advisor, offering valuable advice to CEOs, private equity, and venture capital leaders. He co-founded AdvantageCEO to connect and strengthen private equity-backed CEOs and increase shareholder value more quickly. Taavo is also a coach and advisor to the global 100 Coaches Organization, founded by Marshall Goldsmith, the world's most influential leadership thinker. Taavo has studied MBA at Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of New Hampshire.

Taavo has a successful background as a business owner and leader, with much expertise in coaching and advising CEOs and executives from private equity-owned mid-market companies. He specializes in executive and team assessment, designing, and delivering C-Suite programs to increase alignment and performance. He has held various leadership positions in different organizations, including Vice President & EP at SkillSoft, Senior Vice President at Targeted Learning Corporation, Vice President at Linkage, Inc., and Division Vice President at Linkage, Inc., where he was also the Director of Product Development.
