Connor McMorrow is a regenerative agriculture enthusiast, growth strategist, and certified coach, dedicated to driving positive impact against climate change. He grew up in the ranching community in Santa Ynez Valley, where he learned the importance of humanity's connection to the land. He then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at University of San Francisco - School of Management and started his career in San Francisco's tech industry. Connor is skilled in delivering strategic forward-thinking solutions, communication, and resourceful problem-solving under constraints. He has experience in sales, partnerships, account management, business development, and wealth management. He sat on the board at White Buffalo Land Trust for four years and later joined Figure Ate to launch restorative foods sourced from regenerative farmers to the market. Connor recently received his Permaculture Design Certification through the Occidental Arts & Ecology Center and started his own consultancy connecting companies with sustainable and regenerative practices. Connor is committed to creating a healthier ecosystem that thrives under regenerative principles and practices.
