She has earned a Master of Science (MS) in Organization Development from American University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Science, Art and Art History from Colgate University. Her extensive and varied background includes experiences as a Learning and Development Partner at Facebook, an Organization Development Consultant, Talent Development Manager, and Program Manager at Salesforce, and a former Senior Consultant and Organization Development Strategist at Live in the Grey.

Before entering the field of Organization Development, Ari gained merchandising and operations experience as a Merchandising Manager, Associate Merchandising Manager, and Business Analyst at One Kings Lane as well as an Operations Manager at Howcast Media.
