    Antionette Carroll, M.A., is a visionary leader pioneering the innovative approach of Equity-Centered Community Design, which has been recognized as a Fast Company World Changing Idea Finalist.

    She has significantly contributed to the field of design and social impact through various initiatives such as the Design Census Program with Google, Racial Justice by Design Initiative, Diversity and Inclusion Residency, and National Design for Inclusivity Summit with Microsoft.

    Antionette is the co-founder of the Design + Diversity Conference and Fellowship, co-founder and co-director of &Design, as well as co-founder and chair of the Oscar Johnson III Youth Hope Foundation. She is an active member of Adobe's Design Circle and has been honored with prestigious titles like ADL and Aspen Institute Civil Society Fellow, Roddenberry Fellow, TED Fellow, and many more.

    As the driving force behind Creative Reaction Lab, a nonprofit dedicated to tackling racial and health inequities affecting Black and Latinx communities, Antionette focuses on empowering young individuals to become Redesigners for Justice and champion for racial and health equity.

    Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies/Honors Curriculum from the same institution. She also studied Implementing Impact: The Business of Social Design and Social Innovation Design at the School of Visual Arts.

    Throughout her career, Antionette Carroll has held key roles in various organizations such as being a Civic Design Coach and Equity Design Coach at Bloomberg Harvard & Innovation Training Program, International Speaker, Facilitator, and Design Coach specializing in Racial and Health Equity, Youth Leadership, and Civic Engagement, President, and CEO of Creative Reaction Lab, Co-Founder of Design + Diversity, and Adjunct Lecturer at Saint Louis University.

    She also has a rich background in marketing and communications, having served as the Head of Communications at Diversity Awareness Partnership, Communications Manager & Copy Editor at Rodgers Townsend/DDB, Marketing Coordinator at STAGES St. Louis, and more. Additionally, she has experience in grants management, arts administration, and judicial operations.
