    Chef Anthony Russo, the son of first-generation Italian immigrants, has a deep-rooted passion for cooking and baking nurtured in his New Jersey home and inspired by his Italian heritage.

    At the age of 18, Anthony ventured into the culinary world by opening his first pizza restaurant, Russo's New York Pizzeria, in 1992, where he introduced Houston to genuine New York-style pizza.

    With a focus on quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods, Chef Anthony created a devoted following by offering hand-tossed dough, sauces made from freshly crushed tomatoes, and imported Italian cheese blends, all prepared in a coal-fired brick oven.
