Anise Wiley-Little

Anise Wiley-Little is an accomplished executive and author who has made a significant impact in the fields of diversity, human resources, and leadership. With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership roles with prestigious organizations, including Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Allstate Insurance Company. As Chief Human Capital and Diversity Officer at Kellogg, Anise built the HR department and implemented a D&I strategy that rivals that of any top corporation. As a Board Member of MEGA-K Enterprises LLC, she advises diverse suppliers and businesses on HR strategy, supplier diversity, and work life. Anise also conducts executive coaching and personal strategy development for high-level executives. In her prior roles as VP Human Resources, CDO, and Chief Talent Acquisition Officer at Allstate, she led the development of the company's diversity business strategies and supplier diversity certification initiatives for underrepresented categories. Anise is the author of the book Profitable Diversity: How Economic Inclusion Can Lead to Success, which details her experiences and strategies for building profitable and inclusive organizations.
