Andy Walton, a certified Customer Experience professional, is currently serving as New Business Sales EMEA at UserZoom, an All-in-One UX Research Platform that provides actionable insights to help organizations make data-driven decisions. Andy has studied at Boston College, Lumley Secondary School, Olivetti & Panasonic sales training, and Target Account Selling (TAS). He has previously worked with Verint, Clicktools (a CallidusCloud company), Technology Services Group, Royal Marines, Freelance, Global Information Systems, Silversands, and Willow Limited.

Coupling his expertise with UserZoom's platform, Andy helps enterprises measure and improve their digital experiences for their customers by collecting actionable UX insights about their users. With help from the platform, organizations can access senior-level research and data science professionals, international platforms that support 25 different languages, quantitative and qualitative testing, and benchmarking, and user experience analytics. Andy aims to assist product, marketing, UX, design, or research professionals to deploy UserZoom's platform to get insights from their user, optimizing the bottom line.
