Amy Eddings is a journalist and radio host, well-known for her work on NPR's "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered." A native of Cleveland, she currently hosts "Morning Edition" on 90.3 WCPN - Cleveland. Eddings has an extensive career in journalism, having worked as a reporter, anchor, and producer for various NPR affiliates, including WNYC and WFUV. She has covered breaking news and live events, such as the 2008 Democratic and Republican Conventions and election night returns in the NYC mayoral primaries in 2013. Eddings is also an award-winning investigative journalist, having won awards for her 2003 series on New York City's costly arrangement for placing homeless people in privately-owned apartments, titled "Handshake Hotels."
