Amanda Davie is an accomplished executive and leadership coach, learning & development consultant, board advisor, trustee, and company director. With over two decades of experience, Amanda focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and collaboration for leaders and individuals to unlock their full potential.
Beginning her career in 1998 in the UK Internet advertising sector, Amanda was a key figure in establishing and leading successful digital media sales and marketing services firms. Transitioning in 2008 to pursue greater autonomy, she founded Reform, a renowned international digital management consulting firm with offices in London and New York.
Committed to giving back to the industry, Amanda co-founded Mentoring Digital Minds, a non-profit mentoring program, and became a mentor on the Cherie Blair International Mentoring Programme for Women in Business. Passionate about developing people, she trained in the psychology of coaching and qualified as a member of the Association for Coaching.
In 2016, Amanda co-founded Equal Talent, an inclusive coaching consultancy, and in 2020, she co-created She Has No Limits, a global movement empowering professional women. Recognized for her advocacy for marginalized groups and commitment to diversity and inclusion, Amanda aims to create fair and rewarding workplaces for all.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Amanda is involved in various activities, including volunteering at homeless shelters, serving as a UK Scouting Trustee, and pursuing interests in rugby, swimming, skiing, and music. She continues to advocate for equality and diversity in the workplace, embodying the values of egalitarianism and feminism.
Amanda Davie's educational background includes studies at Wroxall C of E Junior & Infant School, Stratford-upon-Avon Grammar School for Girls, and obtaining a BA in French & Spanish from The University of Sheffield.
