Ekaterina Kozinchenko is a seasoned professional leading Accenture's Global Energy Downstream Portfolio and Europe Strategy Energy team.
With over 25 years of international experience in 20 countries across Europe and Asia, Ekaterina has been instrumental in driving transformation programs for various International Oil Companies (IOCs) and National Oil Companies (NOCs), focusing on organic and non-organic growth and value creation.
Passionate about Gender Equality, Ekaterina oversees the Diversity & Inclusion agenda within the UKI Accenture Strategy team and has founded the European Female Community to provide additional coaching for female career progression.
Ekaterina holds a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, studied Oil and Gas at the University of Oxford, and completed an Executive Program at the London Business School.
Her previous roles include Managing Director positions at Accenture, where she led Global Energy Downstream, European Strategy Energy, and Energy Transition in the UK&I. Additionally, she held Managing Partner roles at A.T. Kearney and Booz & Company, and various consulting positions at Accenture.
