Alvaro Lleo

Alvaro Lleo is an experienced Associate Professor specialized in managing people at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Navarra.

He holds a PhD in organizational trust from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has a background in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management.

Alvaro Lleo has been a Visiting Scholar at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Bentley University, where he focused on research areas including purpose implementation, sustainability, and mentoring in higher education.

As the Academic Director of the Purpose Strength Project and the Tu&Co mentoring program at the University of Navarra, he demonstrates a strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.
