Allison Dickin
Customer Research Expert
Allison Dickin has an extensive background in user research and customer insights. With a Master's Degree from the University of Chicago and a BA from Bucknell University, she has held research leadership roles for several years. Allison has experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and has managed specialists in both areas. Prior to her current role as Head of User Research at UserLeap, she worked as an independent consultant and held several positions at Etsy, including Senior Manager of Seller Insights and Quantitative UX Researcher.
Allison has also held research roles at Reputation Institute, the Yale Center for Customer Insights at Yale School of Management, and Harris Interactive. In addition to her research experience, she has worked as a program director for the Brady Campaign & Center to Prevent Gun Violence and as a program assistant at Planned Parenthood of Nassau County, Inc.
