Alexandra Slavet is a seasoned corporate transactional attorney with a wealth of experience in representing companies, investors, funds, and financial institutions in various deal structures including M&A, private offerings, and commercial loan transactions. She also provides legal counsel on general corporate and governance matters.

With a strong focus on the lower/middle market, Alexandra collaborates with buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, issuers, and investors. Her expertise extends to working with entities in the cannabis industry, assisting operators, investors, and ancillary businesses with private offerings, license transactions, and corporate governance.

Alexandra Slavet's educational background includes a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in English from Amherst College. She has held significant positions at reputable organizations such as Feinberg Hanson LLP, where she currently serves as a partner. Prior to this, she was an Associate at Feinberg Hanson LLP and Duane Morris LLP.
