Elizabeth Norman

Elizabeth Norman is a highly skilled tax attorney with a strong background in M&A, private funds, and corporate tax law.

With a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she focused on Corporate and Partnership Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions, Elizabeth has honed her expertise in tax structuring and analysis.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College and has also studied as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford.
