David Feinberg
David Feinberg is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with over two decades of experience, specializing in corporate and venture finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and general corporate representation of technology and other companies. He has represented both private and public companies and played an important role in the negotiation and documentation of numerous licensing and partnership agreements.
